I happened to pei my girlfriend study in the east and we drove to expo to for dinner. We decided to try the dim sum at yummy chopsticks. The xiao long bao here is really good, the soup is really tasty. The meat they used is really fresh and the skin of the xiao long bao is really thin but does not break when you take it up with chopsticks. On top of the xiao long bao, we ordered the deep fried prawn ball with salted egg. The salted egg gave the prawn ball a unique taste, making you want to eat more. For my main, I had the beef brisket noodles, the soup of the noodles was really good, very tasty, the noodles is really chewy but does not stick to your teeth. The beef they used is very tender and tasty. Very satisfied with the hearty meal. – appleteasg
